Boston detective Frank Shaw (Joel Kinnaman) returns to duty after a career-changing injury that left him with permanent hearing loss. Tasked with interpreting for Ava Fremont (Sandra Mae Frank), a deaf witness to a brutal gang murder, they find themselves stuck in an apartment building on the brink of condemnation when the killers return for the kill. Cut off from the outside world, these two strangers must rely on each other to thwart killers they can’t hear coming in their only hope of making it out alive.
